    Black bean stew, kale rice , vinaigrette, orange and farofa de banana.
    Brazil’s most common and popular dish. From the south "Chuí" to the north "Oiapoque". Best enjoyed by mixing all components; however different regions in Brazil eat it differently and there is always personal preferences. Our suggestion: take some beans and rice together, a little of the vinaigrette sauce and a portion of the orange and a touch of the farofa.

Cornish Hen Board

  • Galeto

    Loosely translated to “little birds”, the galeto is done in a citrus marinade. Finished with fresh sage and white wine. Slowly grilled to a moist inside and crispy outside. Served with sage sauce.

    Black beans stew, Kale rice , vinaigrette, orange and banana’s farofa

    It’s the most popular Brazilian dish. From the south "Chuí" to the north "Oiapoque". Better to eat this dish mixing the ingredients , but varies from region to region, or personal preferences . Take some beans and rice together, a little of the Vinagrette sauce and a portion of the orange. Farofa, manioc flour, is always on Brazilian tables and it’s a thickening ingredient for the beans. Vinagrette brings the acidity and the freshness, this dish needs, to balance it’s flavors.
    Beans take around 5 to 6 hours to slow cook, in beef stock and vegetables
