    Black beans stew, Kale rice , vinaigrette, orange and banana’s farofa

    It’s the most popular brazilain dish. From the south to the north. Better to eat this dish mixing the ingredients , but varies from region to region, or personal preferences . Take some beans and rice together, a little of the Vinagrette sauce and a portion of the orange. Farofa, manioc flour, is always on Brazilian tables and it’s a thickening ingredient for the beans. Vinagrette brings the acidity and the freshness, this dish needs, to balance it’s flavors.
    Beans take around 5 to 6 hours to slow cook, in beef stock and vegetables
