FEATURE MEAT CUT

Our signature cut, the rumpsteak, known in Brazil as “picanha” is an extremely flavourful cut of top sirloin. Lightly sprinkled with coarse sea salt only, it allows it to extract all of its natural flavour.

BRAZILIAN ROTISSERIE GRILL

PAMPA has imported their charcoal-fired rotisserie grill from Southern Brazil. This piece of equipment is unique and it is only manufactured in the South American country. This one-of-a-kind grill has been flown and trucked from Caxias do Sul, a city in the deep south of Brazil all the way to downtown Edmonton! The rotisserie holds just under 100 skewers! CHARCOAL

At PAMPA we barbecue our cuts of meat using lump hardwood charcoal. Charcoal adds a distinct flavour and its intense heat allows our grill masters to sear in the juices. This is the traditional Southern Brazilian cooking technique, and at PAMPA we have gone through great lengths to provide our guests this hundreds-year-old experience.
